Ingredients
2 cans of chickpeas
1 tbsp Grandma’s Hot Sauce
3 tbsp tahini paste
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp cold water
1 tsp Salt and pepper
Method
- Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- If the consistency is too thick, run the processor and slowly add very cold water. Blend until you reach desired smooth consistency.
- Spoon into a bowl, sprinkle with smoked paprika and drizzle with olive oil.
